PRODUCT ROADMAP

Tech Etch currently supports 40″ flex builds with successful trials through laser, etch, and plating stages. We are actively testing 60″ designs including 9µm metal layers, fine line/space, ultra-thin cores, and enhanced alignment at Laser Direct Imaging. Our roadmap includes additional trials and backend process development for full 60″ capability.
