John Matthews joined Tech Etch during a transitional phase in his career. “I was unemployed and searching for a place where I could grow. Tech Etch gave me that opportunity,” John recalls. Starting as a supervisor overseeing 40 team members, he quickly progressed to General Manager, now leading close to 50 employees.Â
Through this growth, John has always remained focused on one goal: balancing the production side of operations with the people side. “My job is to ensure the product moves efficiently while helping every team member develop into the best version of themselves,” he shares. Â
