Tech Etch creates a variety of products for the medical industry. We have specialized processes that enable photo-chemical etching to be performed on special materials. Some of these materials include polyimide, niobium, nitinol, molybdenum, tungsten, titanium, and Elgiloyâ„¢.

Flex and Rigid-Flex Circuits
Tech Etch develops state-of-the-art circuits for use in implants, ultrasounds, patient monitoring systems, and diagnostic medical electronics using our advanced manufacturing techniques. Our thru-hole component assembly and SMT services offer package sizes as small as 0201 and .4mm pitch.
Our parts can be created without adhesives, allows for much thinner and more flexible circuits. We also use additive processing for higher density circuits with trace and space capabilities as small as .0015 inches. Microvia sizes as small as .001 inches in diameter yield high-density, multi-layered circuits. AC layer materials like beryllium copper, stainless steel, and cupronickel can be used to increase performance.
