Rich serves as President & Chief Executive Officer at Tech Etch and brings extensive leadership experience in commercial strategy, global operations, and medical device manufacturing. His background includes serving as Chief Commercial Officer at Facet Medical Technologies and holding multiple leadership roles at Flex, including Vice President of Flex Medical. He also brings management experience from Plexus, Sanmina, and Future Electronics. Rich holds a B.A. in Business Administration from Calvin College and an MBA from Boston University.

Jennifer serves as Chairperson of the Tech Etch Board of Directors, where she leads the governance of a 100% employee-owned company and supports the organization’s long-term strategic direction. She brings extensive experience in organizational leadership, board governance, and cultural development, guiding companies through periods of transformation, growth, and operational refinement. Jennifer is known for fostering strong executive teams, elevating accountability and transparency, and championing people-first cultures that align with Tech Etch’s mission to enhance lives globally. In her role, she collaborates closely with the executive leadership team to ensure strategic alignment, operational excellence, and continued investment in innovation.

Michael serves on the Tech Etch Board of Directors and brings extensive executive leadership experience from his role as Chief Executive Officer of Admix, Inc., where he guides global teams in delivering innovative, customer-focused manufacturing solutions. He is recognized for his ability to strengthen organizational performance through disciplined strategic planning, continuous improvement, and operational excellence. Michael’s experience leading engineering-driven, highly regulated manufacturing environments provides valuable insight to Tech Etch as it continues to scale capabilities, advance quality systems, and support its 100% employee-owned culture

Kimberly serves on the Tech Etch Board of Directors and brings extensive leadership experience across healthcare, technology, and business operations, guiding organizations through innovation, cultural development, and strategic transformation. She is known for advancing operational excellence, strengthening team alignment, and fostering environments that support both performance and people-centered leadership. Kimberly’s background in scaling organizations, enhancing customer experience, and driving long-term strategic initiatives provides valuable perspective as Tech Etch continues to expand its capabilities, invest in innovation, and uphold the values of a 100% employee-owned company.

Michael serves on the Tech Etch Board and brings extensive experience in engineering leadership, entrepreneurship, and executive management. His background includes CEO roles with ReBuild Manufacturing and FLEXcon Holdings, private equity leadership, and teaching entrepreneurship at MIT. He holds SB, SM, and PhD degrees in Engineering from MIT.

Robert serves on the Tech Etch Board of Directors and brings deep financial and operational expertise from his role as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Hypertherm, where he leads global finance, strategic planning, and organizational performance initiatives. He is recognized for his ability to strengthen financial discipline, improve operational efficiency, and guide long-term investment strategies in complex manufacturing environments. Robert’s leadership experience in a high-growth, technology-driven organization provides valuable perspective to Tech Etch as it advances its operational capabilities, expands market reach, and reinforces its commitment to delivering precision-engineered solutions as a 100% employee-owned company

Biography:

Roy serves as Secretary of the Board of Directors after a distinguished 46-year career at Tech Etch. His experience includes roles as President, VP of Operations, VP of Manufacturing, and Manufacturing Manager, giving him deep institutional knowledge and leadership insight.

Biography:
Mark leads all aspects of Sales, Product Engineering, Customer Service, and Marketing. Before joining Tech Etch in December 2018, Mark was Regional Vice President at Sanmina Corporation, where he led a high performing sales team and initiated new sales strategies that increased sales by almost 300% in 5 years. Mark also spent 13 years at Avnet, as an Area Director and has held Sales Management positions at Memec and Future Electronics. Mark holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Cornell University.

Biography:

Bruce serves as Vice President of Quality & Regulatory Compliance, bringing deep experience in medical, aerospace, defense, and commercial quality systems. He is ASQ-certified and specializes in ISO 9001, AS9100, ISO 13485, and military standards. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business.

Biography:
Kerry serves as Vice President of Operations & Engineering. He brings decades of engineering and operational leadership experience, including more than 20 years as Vice President of Engineering. His background includes roles in engineering, sales, and ERP implementation. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from UMass Dartmouth and an MBA from Boston University. He also serves on the Board of Directors for the Plymouth Chamber of Commerce.

Justin serves as Corporate Controller and brings more than 16 years of experience in finance and operations. His background includes leadership roles in accounting, financial planning, inventory control, and ERP management. He holds bachelor’s degrees in accounting and management information systems from UMass Dartmouth.

Gerry serves as Operations Manager for Precision Products and brings manufacturing leadership experience across multiple industries. She focuses on teamwork, problem-solving, and supporting high-quality production.

Kyle serves as Engineering Supervisor and brings experience in forming, quality control, automation, and process improvement. He holds a Six Sigma Green Belt.

Kimberly serves as Production Manager and brings extensive experience in assembly, quality, and production leadership. She previously worked 17 years at HTI and completed engineering and quality training.

Eric serves as Etch Supervisor and brings experience across titanium etch, stainless and copper etch, pre-image/clean, and department leadership.

Ashley serves as Payroll & Compensation Specialist, ensuring accurate payroll processes and supporting employee compensation needs.

Michelle serves as Principal Process Engineer and brings 19 years of experience in process engineering, quality, operational excellence, and manufacturing leadership. She holds a B.S. in Engineering Science and an M.S. in Biomedical Engineering.

Christopher serves as Business Process Engineer and brings expertise in CAD, SMT, SQL, Power BI, and change management. He supports enterprise systems and data-driven improvements.

Noah serves as Innovation Center Manager and brings expertise in electroplating, prototype development, and engineering leadership. He led the launch of the Innovation Center and holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering.

John serves as General Manager of the Fall River plant and brings more than 30 years of supervisory and production leadership experience. His focus includes operational performance, team development, and continuous improvement.

Chad serves as Global Account Manager supporting major medical device customers. He brings experience in product engineering and business development and holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering.

Jesse serves as Print & Etch Manager. His experience includes forming operations, materials handling, etching, supervision, and manufacturing leadership. His background as a U.S. Army Combat Medic strengthens his leadership and teamwork approach.

Biography:

David served as Plant General Manager after an extensive career across plating, flexible circuitry, precision etching, principal engineering, aerospace auditing, customer development, finishing management, and operations management. He completed specialized training in electrochemistry and manufacturing.

Rachel serves as HR Generalist and brings HR, recruiting, and employee support experience from banking and manufacturing environments. She holds a B.S. in Business Administration.
