Roberts has 25 years of extensive international financial and operational experience across varied markets, including materials, life sciences, MedTech, aerospace, automotive, energy, and high-tech. He brings a wealth of knowledge, strategic financial leadership, and experience to this newly created role through his proven history of fast-tracking growth strategies through Mergers & Acquisitions, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships.

Prior to joining Tech Etch, Roberts was Corporate Development Director and Division CFO at Victrex PLC located in Thornton-Cleveleys, United Kingdom.  Roberts graduated from the University of New Hampshire with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and from Northeastern University with a Masters of Business Administration and a Master of Science in Accountancy.
