2591 D-Sub Conductive Fabric Over Foam Series

Tech Etch, a global supplier of EMI/RFI shielding materials, introduces its new 2591 Series Conductive Fabric-Over-Foam D-sub Gasket product line. These UL94 V-0 and halogen-free gaskets are made with electrically conductive nickel-plated copper fabric over a polyurethane core and are available with multiple mounting options, as shown below. Easy to compress, these gaskets offer a wide operating range to fit most applications without additional hardware.

STICK ON MOUNTING

Tech Etch 2591 connector gaskets have 2 opons for adhesive mounng applicaons, both tradional non-conducve and readily available conducve tape for applicaons where addional conducvity is desired. Apply only on a clean, oil-free surface and allow 24 hours curing me.

  • COMPRESSION SET: (ASTM D3574) ≤15%

  • COMPRESSION FORCE: 1-3 lbs per sq. inch at 50% compression
